Missions

Our church is very supportive of missions. In 2010 we have budgeted 15.4% of our budget for missions. In addition to the budgeted amounts, there are also non-budgeted efforts like Lottie Moon, Annie Armstrong and our continued support for the churches of Playas, Ecuador.

We have sent a missionary team to Playas for the past 2 years and plan for a third trip in the summer of 2010. These photos and videos are from the 2009 trip.

Ecuador TV Interview

The following video is an interview by the local Playas, Ecuador TV station. We have built very good relationships with the local TV and radio stations over the last few years.

The purpose of this interview was to find out why people from America would come to Ecuador and work among their people.

 


Camp Marietta

Camp Marietta is a year-round camp and retreat facility in Marietta, SC.  Standing Springs is a sponsor of the camp providing financial and facility support each year.
